An event planner falls for her emotionally unavailable client.

Today, we are thrilled to be the stop on the Blog Tour for Stolen Kiss with Her Billionaire Boss by Susan Meier.

Our thanks to the author, Harlequin, and Rachel Random Resources for the advanced reader’s copy.

Stolen Kiss with Her Billionaire Boss is a delightful Christmas romance with a strong heroine and an emotionally unavailable, workaholic hotelier.

It is book #3 in the Christmas at the Harrington Park Hotel, but can be read as a standalone. I have also read and reviewed the first book in the series Christmas Reunion in Paris.

Review

Erin Hunter was a widow that worked hard to support her son and her mother.

She had worked for the wealthy and demanding hotelier Hugo Harrington for two years and harbored a secret crush for him. But the man was all business, and sometimes she doubted he had any feelings at all.

Hugo and Erin were working together on his most important project. The renovation of the Harrington Hotel in London.

There was more at stake than the business. Hugo’s chances of reconnecting with his estranged siblings depended upon a successful and nostalgic Christmas celebration.

I love an emotionally unavailable hero, and Hugo was a delectable mess (lol). In between his crazy work hours, he was so lonely and vulnerable, yet he refused to open up.

Erin was strong and professional; her husband hid something from her before he died, and because of that, Hugo’s trust and commitment issues made her wary of having anything more meaningful with him.

The couple had blazing chemistry. They started a no-strings-attached relationship, and sparkles flew.

I liked the story’s romantic atmosphere: sightseeing tours, romantic dinners, limo rides, and sensual scenes in his penthouse. There was also a pleasant feeling of Christmas and family. Erin’s son was adorable.

I greatly enjoyed Stolen Kiss with Her Billionaire Boss. I’m looking forward to reading the second book in the series.

Disclosure: I received an ARC of this book in exchange for an honest review.

About the Author

My aim is to deliver a heartwarming story that reminds readers that family and love go hand in hand, and that deep down most of us are looking for home – more than a place to hang our hats, but a place to love and be loved.

Sweet, funny or sad, my characters make some serious lemonade out of their lemons! Because that’s how I see life. I have three kids…one of whom struggled with epilepsy and passed away far too soon. Raising him taught me (and my husband and our other two children) that sometimes a situation that seems bad can have its blessings.

Also, being raised in a family of 11 kids (yes, 11) I learned a lot about sharing and how love encompasses more than just romance.

Having been with my husband for a long time, I still believe the best thing in life is romantic love. Being treasured, respected and wanted.

So, settle in with a glass of iced tea and one of my books. I’ve been blessed to have a career that amuses me…I hope you enjoy my stories!
